Personal Training is where I got my start and will always be a part of Acceleration DTS. Whether it be training athletes, figure/physique competitors, or a client that wants to lose those extra pounds one on one training is where you are going to receive the most attention and accommodation to personal needs and goals. Guidance, motivation, nutritional counseling, support, program design, and accountability all fit together like pieces to a puzzle. Once all the pieces are together you see the big picture.
Semi Personal training in a small group setting, is in my experience, where most clients get their best workouts! They are designed depending on the group size (2-5), therefore your never sitting around wondering what to do next. The small group setting motivates everybody to train harder and keep up!! Also, for the price you simply can't beat it!!I If you don't have any major injuries or health problems that would need to be more closely monitored, then semi personal training is what I would recommend.

Q: Will I have to purchase fancy lotions and pills?
A: Not at all. Pills and lotions do NOT get rid of cellulite. There are some supplements that we recommend to speed up recovery and optimize overall health and wellbeing, but you are not obligated to purchase or take anything.
Q: I am fairly new to exercise and weight training, can I still use this system?
